What if everything in history was a lie

Have you ever wondered if everything we have ever heard about history is a lie? How would we know the difference? We werent there, we just know the stories that we passed on from generation to generation! What if the Boston Massacre never happened? What if the Constitution was really just something a bunch of everyday normal people came up with on accident then said it was a big deal when they were writing it? What if there really wasnt any dinosuars? Sure there has been fossils found, but how do we know that they were here so long ago? I do believe a lot of what i am told and taught about history but whos to say we dont just hear one side of the story? What if we make the good guys sound bad later on in history? Does history even really matter? Yes it does, History is what made us who we are, reguardless of where we came from. Our history defines our place in this world. Without all the wars we wouldnt be as powerful as we are. We wouldnt be the land of the FREE. I support our troops 100 percent. Some people think that war is wrong or cruel but the truth is, that everyone fights for what they believe. Those brave men and women put there life out to protect us and our families! People that dont agree with the military are ungrateful. Im sure the people that dont agree with the military have fought for themselves and their families, the only difference is that the military is fighting for people they dont even know. That is true courage. I think that everyone has the right to their opinion but seriously if your opinion is going to hurt someone then you shouldnt speak it. Just something to think about. :)

What if we didnt have computers

What if computers were even invented? Would they have come up with another crazy technology to contact people or would we still be writing letters? Would our lives be as fast paced or less fast paced? Computers are a huge part of our social lifes. Without the computer we wouldnt have internet then we couldnt get on facebook, or twitter, or even our netflix! Its true that the computer was possibly one of the best inventions of all time, but if they werent invented and we didnt know any better would we still be riding around on horses and having caligraphy classes? Everything is on the computer now a days. Some grown adults have hand writing that looks like a 1st graders. Caligraphy has completely gone out the window. Even in school you type everything and print it out to give to the teachers. Some people dont even know how to write or read cursive. What has happened to us?

What if.. There was a cure for cancer

Where did cancer come from? I dont think there was cancer way back in the day! But cancer is a very serious problem now. Lots of people have died or been affected by cancer. What if there was a cure for cancer? Would there be some new kind of disease? One way worse than cancer? Cancer is a scary word. But what if we cure cancer then something far more scary comes along? Maybe an effect from the cure, no i dont mean Zombies! Who knows what that kind of cure could do. Im not saying there shouldnt be a cure for cancer, because i think that we will find a cure soon and thats is great! I think that everyone would be so desperate to cure there cancer that they wouldnt care about the side effects. That could be scary. I hope that they do find a cure for cancer, in fact i would like to be a part of the team that is trying to find a cure. I have always been interested in cancer.. which may sound crazy but even as a little kid i would read books and listen to peoples stories about their fights with cancer or their family or friends fighting cancer. I would love to save people from cancer and i think that cancer is what im interested in because i have had family die from cancer. I have family that has had cancer and lived. Why do some people die from cancer and others dont? How do you know or not know if you have cancer? There are sooo many questions about cancer and not enough answers. Cancer is one of the big mysteries and i want to be the detective. Cancer comes in so many forms, would one cure, cure all the different types of cancers or would there be a different cure for each type of cancer? One of these days we will find a cure.

what if we always knew we would wake up the next morning
What if we didnt have to worry about our children everyday with all the craziness in the world.
What if we could fly
What if there was life on the other planets
What if purple hair was normal?
What if we really do have the hunger games at one point in history?
What if everything we have ever heard about our history was a lie?
What if we taught our kids not fear the unknown?
What if we really could live under water?
What if we live forever?
What if we never had any hard times and just the good ones?
What if there wasnt murder or harm caused on other people?

High School

High School is something that everyone remembers for the rest of their lives. My high school expirence did get cut short, but i loved high school. Its ok if that makes me sound like a nerd. I liked being with my friends and being a crazy teenager. In high school i was always the crazy one out of me and my friends. I used to run track and after track we always went to Ava Drug which is a place with ridiculously cheap ice cream and soda, that was the place everyone went to meet up after class. Well one day after track practice my friends and i walked in the pooring rain and went to ava drug from the track field (thats not a very short walk) after we got our ice cream and soda we walked to Walmart which again is not a short walk and it was raining cats and dogs! By the time we got to Walmart we were dripping wet and we had to focus on not falling due to our puddles of water that was pouring off of us, we put on some sunglasses and pushed each other around in a wheel barrow and we hid in the trash cans when the walmart staff was walking by, we were being ninjas. At one point i ran away from my friends and hid everyone was looking around and then we started chasing each other. Surprisingly we didnt get kicked out but thats probably because we were super stealth and none of the staff really saw us.

I was also in a video class for a semester. We got to walk around the schoool with the video recorders and make videos of either ourselves or other students. Which gave us a good reason to get the rest of our friends out of class. Well one day we made a video about my friend and i fighting over a boy, the video was way too ridiculous and it was super embarrasing when we played it in front of the whole class but we had fun! We also made a video about a guy that was a music artist that we were crazy about and we were talking about how much we loved him (he wasnt a real music artist, he was a kid in the class) well im sure we made him feel pretty hot.

High school was a pretty fun and exciting time in my life. Its a time that i will carry with me to my grave!

Absoutely No Reason

There are plenty of things in this world that happen for no reason what so ever. A lot of them happen due to cause and effect. Sometimes people complain about the hand they were dealt in life but the fact of the matter is, is that anyone can change there life around. The reason you are where you are is because of the choices you have made in life. Sometimes people are born into a bad situation, but its NEVER too late to turn things around. The same goes for good things, sometimes people have good things and they mess it up and then they wonder what went wrong. The way i see it is that you must always work at being a better person. Good things happen to good people. Sure sometimes bad things happen to bad people but hey thats life! Life isnt all about the good times, bad things happen too and they make you a better and wiser person. When i was a Junior in high school i got pregnant, of course i had the 'Why me?' going threw my mind a lot. The truth is it was my fault and i had to face what was happening head on! I finished high school, and now i attend OTC and my daughter is the highlight of my life, i do not regret having her. Never will. Times get hard and yes sometimes i just wish i couldve been a normal teenager, but i have Willow no matter what life throws at me, she makes the raining days a little more fun. She gives me a reason to work harder for the things i want in life, to teach her that you can do anything you set your mind to. Willow and the rest of my family is the best support team anyone could ever ask for. My mom has helped me a lot. She knows what its like to have kids by yourself. She had my sister and brother all by herself and she didnt have the support team like i have now. She had to raise two kids by herself until she met my dad. When life gives you lemons make lemonade!! ;)

Fear

Fear can have many meanings and has a lot of different types of fears. There is fear of death, spiders, snakes, closed spaces hieghts, etc. My biggest fear is snakes. When i was little i wasnt scared of snakes in fact on a school field trip we went to the zoo and they brought out a Boa for everyone to pet, i was the first one to touch it. But my aunt is deathly afraid of snakes, she wont even hit them with a car because she is afraid they will go threw the air vent, and i think that is what made me so scared of them. Plus when i was around 10 i climbed a tree and when i got up there there was a snake right in front of my face hissing, when i tried to sneak away i wasnt paying much attention to where i was stepping and i stepped on a weak branch and fly down to the ground and the huge snake landed on top of me!!! My dad is a pretty big guy and he is scared of hieghts, we went to yellowstone park and my dad had to drive on the high hills on our way there from missouri, needless to say he was stressed out! I also have a friend that is scared of cotton balls, which is a strange fear but honestly who likes cotton balls? They have a lot of good purposes but i hate when you go to the dentist then you have to have it in your mouth, EW! Other people they arent scared of anything, such as my brothers. They act like they could take on the world, then they see a roach of a spider and they flee the room the chain saw massacre is chasing them! My mom is afraid of pretty much everything! Its a good thing she has 3 boys and my dad, otherwise she would live in a cushioned room! My sister is actually terrified of spiders, just like most people but she cant even look at one without almost crying, the reason is because when she was little my older brother threw a bunch of spiders on her! Nice right? well ever since then she has been mortified. As you can see there are all kinds of fears, some of them have absoultly no reasoning but others are from tramatic situtaions in someones life.
